 “If there is a will, there is a way to move it,” said the listing agent, John Koop Jr. of HomeSmart Professional Real Estate in Warwick, R.I.

With 656 square feet of interior space, this home comes with new kitchen counters and cabinets and a remodeled bathroom, but it needs finishing touches in certain areas. 

The listing at 5 Hill Farm Camp Road states that the owner of this cottage was in the middle of renovations when he decided to start building from scratch. “His loss will be your gain,” the description says. The home dates to 1920, according to the listing.

The home has a beautiful deck and comes with central air, propane heat, and a water heater. It’s already on pillars, according to the listing.

“The most attractive thing about this property is there are a lot of new features and the seller doesn’t want to destroy what’s there,” Koop said.
