A few of the reigning champions in Boston were visited by a seven-time Super Bowl winner on Monday.
Patriots legend Tom Brady was on site at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris this week, with the future Hall of Famer snapping a picture with three Celtics (and current Team USA players) in Jayson Tatum, Derrick White, and Jrue Holiday.

Brady posted the photo on his X account, choosing the caption “The Town (2010)” in reference to the Ben Affleck heist film. Of course, the Boston-based movie is a personal favorite of Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla.
Speaking in October, Tatum acknowledged that he’s developed a good relationship with Brady over the years.
“I know him pretty well,” Tatum said before a game against the Knicks at Madison Square Garden. “I met him when he was still with the Patriots. Tom is the best. He has every reason to be arrogant and all those things, but truly down to earth.
“He texts me from time-to-time. He watches the games. He’s just a really, really great guy, and to be the best football player of all-time, it says a lot about him.”
Brady was in the stands earlier on Monday alongside his daughter, Vivian, with the duo watching Simone Biles and other gymnasts in both the balance beam and floor exercise finals. Biles took home a silver medal on Monday, while fellow American Jordan Chiles won bronze in the floor final.

Tatum, White, and Holiday will return to the court on Tuesday when Team USA takes on Brazil in the quarterfinal round of the 2024 Olympics. Team USA sits just three wins away from securing its fifth consecutive gold medal.
